South Africa’s women’s cricket team wore black kits in the second ODI against England in Durban on Sunday to raise awareness against gender-based violence (GBV). This “Black Day” initiative is the fourth such event by Cricket South Africa. England players wore black armbands in support. The match coincided with the 16th day of activism against GBV.
