The Financial Conduct Authority in the UK has charged Olumide Osunkoya for illegally operating crypto ATMs without registration, handling £2.6 million in transactions from December 2021 to September 2023. The FCA cautions against using these machines due to money laundering risks. Osunkoya is scheduled to appear in court later this month.
