Tim Paine, former Australian cricket captain, has been named head coach of the Adelaide Strikers following Jason Gillespie’s departure. Paine, 39, previously served as an assistant coach and has a rising reputation in coaching. His first major task includes collaborating with captain Matt Short for the upcoming BBL draft in September.
