Supreme Court rejects NEET PG 2024 postponement plea, says ‘cannot jeopardise careers of 2 lakh candidates’

The Supreme Court rejected a petition to postpone the NEET-PG 2024 exam, set for August 11, 2024. The bench included Chief Justice DY Chandrachud. Concerns were raised about difficult-to-reach test centers and the exam being administered in two batches without clear normalization. The petition had support from many students despite only five filing it.
