Shan Masood leads Pakistan to 328-4 vs England in first Test

Pakistan captain Shan Masood’s 151 and Abdullah Shafique’s century secured a strong position for the hosts at 328-4 on the opening day of the Test against England. England’s inexperienced seam attack struggled, managing only four wickets. Saud Shakeel and nightwatchman Naseem Shah were at the crease at stumps. Ben Stokes missed the Test due to a hamstring injury.
