District Magistrate Arvind Mallapa has ordered all schools and colleges in Muzaffarnagar, Uttar Pradesh, to close from July 26 to August 2 for the Kanwar Yatra 2024, as per media reports. This measure includes all educational institutions and aims to manage the heavy traffic from the influx of devotees. The closure is intended to ensure safety and ease during the festival.
