Manipur University Exams Postponed Amid Student Protests

Following student clashes with security forces, Manipur Governor Lakshman Prasad Acharya has left Imphal for Guwahati. Protests erupted over alleged failures in managing law and order, leading to injuries and curfews. Manipur University has postponed all exams until further notice. Chief Minister N Biren Singh assured students of government commitment to address their concerns and promised justice for victims of recent violence. Security remains tight with additional forces deployed in sensitive areas.
