Maharashtra to promote students to class 11 even if they fail in Math and Science: How fair is it?

The Maharashtra State Curriculum Framework for School Education (SCF-SE) now permits students who fail in mathematics and science to enroll in Class 11, provided they score at least 20 marks. The new policy aims to reduce dropout rates by offering students more flexibility and the option to pursue non-science streams.
