London hot air balloon festival cancelled again due to weather

London’s highly anticipated hot air balloon festival, the Lord Mayor’s Hot Air Balloon Regatta, has been cancelled for the fifth consecutive year due to poor weather. Originally set for Sunday, the event was postponed from July 7 and is now rescheduled for 28 July. The festival, which supports the Lord Mayor’s appeal, last took place in 2019.
