IPL auction: Six retentions, right-to-match comes back

The IPL governing council has made significant changes ahead of the mega auction. Each franchise now has a Rs 120 crore purse and can retain up to six players, with specific costs for retentions. The Right to Match card is back, and the Impact Player rule continues.
