‘I wish I’d played golf while playing cricket; I would’ve had 2000 extra runs’

Cricket legend Kapil Dev believes playing golf alongside cricket would have improved his focus, potentially adding 2,000 runs to his career total. He highlighted golf’s demanding mental aspect, comparing its obsessive nature to cricket. Dev, president of the Professional Golf Tour of India, also announced the Vishwa Samudra Open, scheduled for December 2024 at the Delhi Golf Club.
