Gujarat primary schools to remain closed tomorrow due to heavy rains, state education minister announces

Gujarat’s State Education Minister, Praful Pansheriya, announced that all primary schools statewide would close on 27th August due to heavy rainfall. The India Meteorological Department forecasted continued severe rain, exacerbating flooding and forcing evacuations. Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel held a high-level meeting to address the crisis and emphasized evacuation and safety measures.
