Five MBBS Students Expelled from Hostel for Ragging Juniors at MKCG Medical College in Odisha

Five fourth-year MBBS students at MKCG Medical College in Odisha were expelled from the hostel and rusticated for six months for ragging juniors. The anti-ragging committee’s decision aims to prevent further incidents. An FIR has been lodged, and police investigations are ongoing. One second-year student and three parents of students filed complaints with the National Medical Council.
