Asitha Fernando replaced the injured Dushmantha Chameera for Sri Lanka’s upcoming series against India, starting July 27. Chameera is recovering from bronchitis. New head coaches Sanath Jayasuriya and Gautam Gambhir will lead Sri Lanka and India respectively. The series includes T20Is and ODIs. India’s last tour to Sri Lanka was in 2021.
