Ex-state government official arrested in Tripura for duping educational institution

A former Tripura government official, Kaizar Debbarma, was arrested for allegedly cheating a Noida-based educational institution by providing fake documents for land acquisition. The director of the institution paid Rs 1.25 crore for the land, later discovering the documents were forged. The investigation is ongoing.
