Delhi primary schools to shift to online mode due to rise in pollution: CM Atishi

On Thursday, Delhi’s air quality plunged to ‘severe,’ with dense smog reducing visibility and the city’s AQI averaging 432. In response, Chief Minister Atishi Marlena announced a shift to online classes for primary schools until further notice. Meanwhile, Chandigarh, facing similarly hazardous pollution levels, prompted MP Manish Tewari to urge temporary school closures to protect public health.
