Delhi-NCR schools reopen for in-person classes: Delhi schools are reopening with the considerable improvement in air quality. The Commission for Air Quality Management (CAQM), with Supreme Court approval, downgraded restrictions from Stage IV to Stage II of the Graded Response Action Plan (GRAP). The improved AQI, now in the ‘moderate’ category, prompted the Directorate of Education to resume in-person classes for all schools.
