Bihar PSC cancels Patna centre’s exam after disruptive candidates cause death of official

The Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC) cancelled its preliminary examination at the Bapu Pariksha Parisar centre in Patna due to disruption by unruly candidates on December 13. A ruckus, including allegations of a question paper leak, led to the death of an additional superintendent and the unconsciousness of a female candidate. BPSC has identified 30-40 disruptive aspirants, who will be debarred from future exams. The examination will be rescheduled for around 6,500 affected students.
