The 22-year-old fast bowler Mayank Yadav has been selected for India’s T20I series against Bangladesh. Despite limited experience, his ability to bowl over 150 kmph impressed selectors. He credits Sonnet Club and mentors like Gautam Gambhir and Morne Morkel for their support in his development and overcoming injuries. He played for the Lucknow Super Giants in IPL 2024.
