The Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations (CISCE) has announced the introduction of robotics and artificial intelligence as formal subjects for Classes XI and XII starting in the 2025-26 academic year. This initiative, which aligns with the National Education Policy 2020, aims to enhance computer science education from an early age and equip over 3 million students with critical technological skills for future careers in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.
